You can eat from a joyful and curious place with the intention of feeling better, not worse after you eat.

The guided flexibility of mindful and intuitive eating within a nutritional structure will put you back in charge. When you experience eating from a place of self-love and self-compassion, emotional and chronic overeating just won’t make sense to you anymore.
